In the event that a loss involves an emergency situation requiring our immediate attention, our "on-call" Claim Representative will contact you to provide assistance and direction - within one hour of your call in most cases. In a non-emergency situation, we will obtain the necessary information to allow us to begin our claims handling process on the next regular business day.
