Southern Insurance Company of Virginia operates from a branch office in Duluth, Georgia, just northeast of Atlanta. Southern is a property and casualty subsidiary of Donegal Group Inc. Southern presently provides personal and commercial insurance coverages similar to those provided by the other member companies of the Donegal Insurance Group. The Atlanta office functions as the servicing center of the Donegal Insurance Group for Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Louisiana and Arkansas. Through its office location in Duluth, Southern provides claims, underwriting, and marketing business support to Donegal Insurance Group customers and agents in this region.
